A man who has embraced the nickname ‘demon dad’ had left fans speechless after sharing an unrecognizable before photo.
His nickname is thanks to his body being almost entirely covered in tattoos and modifications.
Larry Botello González, from Bogotá, Colombia, began altering his appearance at a young age.
His journey into body modification started when he got his first tattoo at just 12 years old.
By the age of 17, he had already undergone his first major modification – a forked tongue.

Today, Larry is a tattoo artist with a heavily transformed appearance. He has invested over $22,000 into body modifications, which include 28 subdermal implants, horn implants, and a reconstructed nose, according to Mail Online.
Among his many procedures are tongue implants, tongue and eye pigmentation, scarification, ear and nose cutting, expansions, and braiding—a process where strips of skin are cut and intertwined to heal in a braided pattern.
Despite his extreme look, Larry leads a family-oriented life.
He is married to Angie Khaterine and they share a five-year-old daughter named Alice. The family also has a dog named Thanos.
Larry is unable to count the exact number of tattoos he has, as he has layered multiple designs over previous ink.
Reflecting on the financial commitment required for his transformation, Larry stated: “It is a very significant figure I’ve spent on tattoos. I have always generated a good income and the body modifications earned me a lot of money.”
He emphasized that his passion for body modification has helped him both personally and professionally.

Larry acknowledges that his appearance has sparked mixed reactions from the public.
“On social networks, I see bad comments, but that does not affect me,” he shared.
“People call me a demon or son of Satan among other things, but it is really something that does not affect me because I like being seen as a dark being.”
He explained that his modified nose and horns contribute to the perception that he resembles a demonic figure, but he embraces this look, saying: “I love seeing myself like that.”
Despite concerns about how his daughter might be affected by his appearance, Larry insists that Alice has not experienced bullying.
“Maybe on the contrary, the other children admire that my daughter has a different father because I am an artist.”
Discussing the physical pain involved in his transformations, he recalled that the most painful procedure was his nose modification.
“The most painful modification was the nose cut because the anesthesia does not work well there.”

Larry also shared his motivation for altering his body so extensively.
“I always wanted to be different, both on the outside and inside,” he said. “There are many human beings who disguise their evil with a pretty face. I think the other way around. I prefer to have a devil’s face and have a lot of light inside me to do good things and be a good human being.”
For those considering body modification, Larry offers some words of caution.
“First of all, they would have to be very sure of what they are doing,” he advised. “You may want to be different, but do not take it lightly since body modification is something very extreme, something for life and there’s no turning back.”
He also stressed the importance of financial stability before committing to such drastic changes.
“We are in a very prejudiced world, so if someone wants to modify their body, they should be clear about what they are going to do with their life to generate income because anyone who is modified cannot apply for a normal job.”
He added that those who choose this path need to be financially independent, possess an artistic skill, or run their own business to sustain themselves.
Encouraging self-awareness, he warned against modifying one’s body merely to imitate someone else.
Despite his unconventional appearance, Larry maintains positive relationships with other parents. “The other parents treat me with respect since I respect them, and only on occasion do they speak to me about my tattoos since my personality is very calm and approachable.”
