Sources told People that Melania wants to be near him and support his well-being. “She’ll do everything she can to ensure he stays on track,” one source said. “Being home is best for him right now.” A Multilingual Upbringing Melania, originally from Slovenia, raised Barron to speak multiple languages. He speaks Slovenian with his grandparents and has been heard speaking with a Slovenian accent in early interviews. At one point, Melania revealed he spoke three languages. Donald’s Blended Family Before marrying Melania, Donald had two previous marriages. He had three children with Ivana Trump—Ivanka, Donald Jr., and Eric—and one daughter, Tiffany, with Marla Maples. Barron is the youngest. According to Melania, Donald wanted more kids after Barron’s birth. But Melania felt one was enough. “I was perfectly fine with one,” she said in an interview. “Donald encouraged more, but I had a very busy life.” Teaching Barron About Real Life Melania worked as a successful model before becoming a mother.
